Feb 3rd 2012 - Tatuaje El Triunfador

Today brings us the Tatuaje El Triunfador No. 2 in a 5.5x52 vitola. El Triunfador has been released more than once by Pete Johnson. Originally released as a Lancero with a Maduro wrapper the mass produced El Triunfador now comes with a Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. To note Pete is now producing El Triunfador The Old Man and The C, but that's a story for another time. El Triunfador has a Nicaraguan binder and fillers. It is medium in body but full flavors of sweet tobacco, wood, spice, and cocoa with hints of pepper and coffee. I chose this to be today's cigar as Pete Johnson is in town doing a few events with W. Curtis Draper Tobacconist. I can't attend but wanted to give a shout out. Hope everybody has a great time at the events!
