Today's cigar is the Carlos Torano Fortress Cannon in a 4.5x60 vitola. The Fortress features a Nicaraguan Habano Rosado wrapper with Nicaraguan, Peruvian and Honduran long fillers. With a cedary leathery core with spice and a creamy slighty sweet note throughout. I really enjoy this cigar. It has a very simple band, oily wrapper and great construction. I decided to feature this as today's cigar as it's one of the cigars I brought with me down to TN and realized I hadn't featured any of the Torano family's products and wanted to feature them. If you haven't tried the Fortress pick up a few and give it a shot.
