Today's cigar is the Rocky Patel Olde World Reserve Maduro Toro in a 6x52 vitola. The Rocky Patel Olde World Reserve Maduro comes in a box press that features all of it's tobacco's from Nicaragua while being made in Honduras. The flavors in this cigar are excellent. Coffee, earth, spice and leather which provides a medium-full bodied experience. I chose this as today's cigar to celebrate Alaska Day. On this day in 1867 the United States was transferred the Alaskan territory from Russia. Alaska is the old world. It's a beautiful place full of mountains, wild life and heritage.
